Minnesota Office of Animal Protection (MNOAP) – S.F. 3542 / H.F. 3799 Norris

MN OAP bill will protect animals and humans by providing statewide expertise, oversight, assistance and resources for the effective enforcement of criminal law – specifically the prevention, investigation, and prosecution of animal cruelty. Minnesota Companion Animal Board (CAB) bill – S.F. 1136 / H.F 1668

CAB bill supports the creation of a board that will prioritize pet issues in state government. Spay/neuter services, affordable veterinary care, pet food banks and effective regulation of puppy mills are addressed.
